CLIENT BRIEF

The initial contact from the client was an instruction to “search and find” new office premises, and following the successful negotiations, design and manage the 1st floor offices fitting out works of 6,000 sqft from landlords Cat A finish to tenant’s required fit out. A year later, ask-re were successfully retained by the client and engaged to undertake a similar exercise on the Ground floor of the same building to provide additional office space and to re-visit the 1st floor offices to reconfigure the existing services and create new office space following company expansion ROLES Designer, project manager, planning supervisor, and furniture procurement.
