After a disastrous fire led to its shut-down in the Spring of 2014, the new gloriously refurbished Daphne’s Restaurant, one of the jewels of Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings portfolio of restaurants, recently re-opened to gastronomical and architectural design plaudits alike – just in time for Daphne’s to celebrate her 50th Anniversary. Bravo!

To commemorate the occasion 50 British celebrities each designed a Venetian mask in honour of the restaurant’s Italian heritage. The art work of celebs such as Dame Shirley Bassey, Pierce Brosnan and Richard E Grant, to name but a few, adorned the revitalised, Martin Brudnizki designed Daphne’s. Various charities have benefited from the auction of the donated works…
