2015 has been a busy year at ask-re, with many excellent results achieved for our clients. As a ‘one-stop-shop’ for any and all their property needs, we didn’t consider ‘agency’ as one of our claims to fame but it seems those who count the numbers reckon it is!
We also did not appreciate how much ‘Southbank’ transaction work we had done, being more active in the West End and Mid-Town areas, with Docklands and City ‘deals’ also on our tab in 2015.
We have also had more than 20 consecutive ‘wins’ at Valuation Tribunal, totalling several millions £ of savings on business rates; numerous successful rent reviews and lease re-negotiations (not easy in a rising market!); negotiating down dilapidations claims (in some cases to zero!); and last, but by no means least, we strategized and executed multiple relocations, contributing to the Costar Agency Awards 2015.
For 2016, we already have nearly 50,000sq ft of Southbank office transactions booked for completion by the end of Q1.
