We are pleased to announce that we have relocated (not too painfully!) our London offices to 63-64 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SW back to the future at Oxford Circus! This is a bright and upcoming business quarter – rather like St. Christopher’s Place when we moved there 10 years ago – with the same feel and buzz. Market Place, Regent Street and Oxford Circus are one minutes’ walk away. Our neighbours include the BBC, the Langham Hotel and the University, as well as all the ‘hot’ designers, businesses and London’s top retailers of course! And the mission-critical Carluccio's!
Our second announcement is that we have incorporated. After 6 years as an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) we have now re-based the business as a limited company. This allows us to drop the LLP tag from our logo and be known as “Ask-re” (which has been our operating name and website address since we started). We rarely use our full name except where the full title matters.
The business remains resolutely a general practice chartered surveying-based consultancy, offering bespoke real estate services and focused on tenant representation in matters such as relocations, rent reviews, dilapidations, business rates, acquisitions and disposals agency and other specialist business property skills.
