The company say they are an ‘all round gentleman’s haven’ and even offer a shoe shine, wet shave and barber service at their Lime Street store – quite a shopping experience for the modest man-about-town! Harvie & Hudson was looking to expand and enlisted the help of askre. The companies were looking to save money on their rents and having built a rapport with ask-re they contacted the company again for assistance.

THE SUCCESS STORYask-re were proud to deliver an outstanding result for Harvie & Hudson cutting £100,000 per annum office rent and making capital savings in the fit out works, plus substantial capital contribution from the landlord. This effectively halved the rent over the seven years to the tenant’s break point. All in all a great deal tailored precisely to meet all the client’s business imperatives.
