Planning & Development is central to our work for clients and
dovetails with all service divisions in the aim to release value
inherent within commercial property portfolios, both for
investors and occupiers.
Delivering commercial value, cost effectively and with minimal risk is the sole aim of our planning team. We are able to identify the potential opportunities, achieve the necessary legal consents and advise on development ongoing from concept through to delivery. We also deal with statutory consent for occupier changes to leases and owned corporate workspace.
