Surveys are required for a very wide range of purposes and to cover many different
aspects. Ask-re have developed a series of fully flexible and adaptable formats
to meet our client's very different needs and viewpoints.
They tend to cover the following areas, but we pride ourselves in being able to
adapt to and deliver to individual needs.
Acquisition and Vendors Surveys - for occupiers, investors and funders who are buying
or selling.
- Condition Surveys - often required during long ownership for portfolio
or maintenance management.
- Schedules of Condition - used to record the precise condition at
a point in time e.g. before taking occupation or before works commence, and also
in neighbourly matters.
- Environmental Surveys and Audits - pre acquisition, portfolio management,
or in preparation for a sale or redevelopment.
- Fire Insurance Valuations - to evaluate reinstatement costs for
insurance purposes.
