Planning and development is underway for the Southmead Hospital Public Private Partnership (PPP) project.
Carillon will provide a range of services to the scheme including construction services worth a total of £430 million, facilities management and life-cycle maintenance services worth a combined total of approximately £170 million across the 30-year duration of the contract.
John McDonough, chief executive of Carillon, said: "Achieving financial close only some two months after being appointed as the preferred bidder for this project reflects the close working relationship that we have established with the North Bristol NHS Trust."
He added that the group will provide a fully-integrated solution for the state-of-the-art hospital, with the highest standards of sustainability factored into the design.
Advanced construction work started in August last year and the hospital is due to open in early 2014.
It has recently been revealed that Kevin McCabe's Scarborough Group has purchased a number of acquistions from Modus Properties totalling £37 million.
