The Anglo Irish Bank has selected the Delancey-backed Centros for the asset management of the Houndshill shopping centre in Blackpool.
Debenhams anchors the recently-expanded centre which covers 400,000 sq ft.
Richard Wise, chief executive of Centros, said: "We are looking forward to working with Anglo Irish Bank to enhance the value of this unique asset. Blackpool is one of the most famous coastal towns in the country and it has a strong retailing pedigree."
He added that the company intends to introduce a number of strategies to further improve its attraction as a major regional shopping destination.
Centros was chosen by Anglo Irish Bank on the basis of the team's expertise and its innovative ideas to drive the value of the centre, reports Property Week.
The potential for further planning and development of the centre is one of the things that Centros will work on.
It has recently been announced that Kevin McCabe's Scarborough Group has revealed a number of acquistions totalling £37 million.
