Domestic property buyers seek corporate real estate deals as the market shows early signs of recovery.

Recently renewed interest among British commercial property investors has sparked an upturn in the UK corporate real estate market, it has been said.
According to the latest property sector reports, domestic investment in office space and retail units has begun to pick up after a wave of attention from overseas buyers.
Property expert from Capital Economics Kelvin Davidson told the Guardian: "We have clearly seen the bulk of the investment market correction. Investors seem to be confident and fund managers have begun to raise money to buy.
"So there is bound to be a short-term bounce over the next six to 12 months as investors come back into the market."
However, he added that the current absence of credit could continue for the next five years.
Earlier this month, property planning and development firm British Land sold half of its share in the Broadgate Centre, a central London office block.
