Sean Bunch

Sean is the Director responsible for day-to-day management of the rating team where we seek to keep our clients’ exposure to business rates at the minimum level. In the majority of situations this is achieved through appeals and negotiation to the Valuation Officer. The team also seeks reliefs and exemptions wherever possible whilst carrying out audits of business rate liabilities. The team has extensive knowledge of the rates system which relies heavily on legal issues. Our core service is to provide advice to clients who wish to minimise their rates liabilities.
