David Gilder

David joined the firm in 2004 and is responsible for the firm's Investment Asset Management and Lease Advisory teams. He has over 30 years experience of enhancing the assets of both landlords and tenants, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals and giving expert evidence in the Courts and in Arbitrations on rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges and other landlord and tenant matters. He is on the Dispute Resolution panel of the RICS receiving appointments as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert.
