Charles Scouller

Charles Scouller is acknowledged as one of the country's leading dilapidations experts and is perhaps unique in being skilled in both the building surveying and valuation aspects of that discipline.

Although a widely experienced technical Part 35 expert to Court of Appeal level, most clients remember Charles as a fundamentally practical surveyor and as a result much of his casework is survey work, defect analysis and procurement and supervision of building works.

Charles originally qualified in the General Practice Division of RICS and for selected clients still undertakes commercial acquisition, disposal and valuation.
