Andrew Sinclair

Andrew Sinclair has been appointed Joint Managing Partner at ask-re The Property People LLP after spending the last 4 years with a predecessor company and at DTZ as Head of Estates for Norwich Union, RAC and BSM which are all Aviva companies.

Andrew brings with him over 20 years experience as a general practice chartered surveyor with 10 years specialising in Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) including Property Management, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant. Andrew has worked in commercial practice for most of his career and has handled SME, blue chip and public sector clients and accounts. His broad experience dealing with all types of property issues, challenges and opportunities is a substantial addition to the team, bolstering our already commercial and creative approach.
