from our great team of general practice consultants and real estate

We have all sorts of clients, many of longstanding, in all sectors of the UK economy and business community – and they all need increasing help and smarter skills from experienced consultants who really do understand what they need and how to get it done. Whilst we are constantly searching for good people at all levels, right now we are looking in particular for the right sort of person(s) with professional skills in the following areas. This is not how we will see you, however, it’s just a convenient sign-post we can both read and move on from. You should have bags of energy and be experienced and successful in web retailing, community-building in cyber space, and a product sourcing and sales guru, up with all the latest viral/social marketing ideas to rocket-up traffic and create loyal memberships. Visuals, apps, affiliates, SEO – it’s all there? Unlimited opportunity awaits!

Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Valuations for your own client base under your own steam, so you need to be experienced, chartered and a born negotiator/deal doer with very strong written and presentational skills, tested out in Arbitrations and perhaps through to expert witness standard. Our clients have very little plain-vanilla work, mostly its tutti-frutti and a real test. Done correctly, we expect terrific results and commensurate job satisfaction, earnings and client happiness. You could be a young bright star in all the disciplines or for particular categories of client business but not a dark star! The job is busy, outgoing and linked closely with the complementary work of colleagues.

Business Space Leasing – for your own expanding client base of landlords and occupier businesses with a variety of UK leasing work, preferably acquisitions (as they’re multi-skilled efforts) and led by savvy, connected Agency skills of negotiation and people-handling. We’re not square foot monsters and prefer the quality end for obvious reasons as we provide full-on service to clients as standard. This is a real chance to become a stand-out in this area as we’re situated in a very sweet spot for this kind of work. Chartered, connected and consultative? It could be you!

Investment broker/consultant – looking for your own set-up after a few years making deals for others, you’ll be hungry but be past the big mac ‘n’ fries stage, maybe not quite Beluga ‘n’ Cristal, and as much a client developer and carer as the rest of us as it’s not the fee, is it? Its fees, service and complementary skills, after-care, and putting the client first. Makes us very busy which is why we have this really fantastic opportunity for a skilful and connected real person! Chartered preferred but not essential with colleagues in place and keen to work with you.

Business Rates specialist with great experience on tough instructions, Tribunal presentations and landlord and tenant skills, to build and develop a standout business rates and cost-cutting service into the business platform. No doubt you’ll have your own client base, maybe some specialist knowledge but definitely all sorts of ‘smarts’ for unlocking those tricky little areas of law and practice to ensure results are maximised for all of our clients and we never miss a trick on settlement or Tribunal appeals.

Qualified bookkeeper for Sageline 50 company management accounts to TB and pre-audit standards. An ability to add-up would be desirable and full familiarity with payroll taxes and VAT, returns and routines, to including month-ends and quarters. With full external support, basic role is 3 days but could be grown. Come and sprout with us, from Brussels to Calabrese.

Web designer, front-end, creative and imaginative with excellent technical skills on either computer or Apple Mac. An ability to work back and connect the engine would be helpful. We have a number of new sites which need taking from commercial concept to complete, de-bugged, ‘live’ sites being Google’d. Of course, there’s a bit more to it, so you’ll need decent proven site-building track record to get through our door but the World Wide Web really is your oyster on this position. Aptitude, attitude and absolute integrity are basics; conversational skills optional!

PA/Secretary to senior property consultant, very heavily exposed to large and varied client base and busy caseload: professional, personable and plugged-in to the person and the business to handle the vagaries, the vigour and the rigour of man and machine! Sector experience is an advantage but not essential. Everything you’d expect including client care and liaison, record management and correspondence, confidentiality, organisation, reliability, single-mindedness, complete dedication and a smattering of typing if time permits.

Client recruitment and development, sales and marketing, client/consultant business liaison and services development – which all of us do but we need a senior “super-salesman” in professional client handling who will focus upon core skills and high-margin work and go out and get it. Sounds like a salesman but we think it screams “Senior Partner” because we’re a consultancy not a factory and our best ‘suite’ is bespoke services for each well-understood client situation and developed simultaneously with many others, not linearly, in this strategic role. Results-based as everything is these days but with great flexibility and support to succeed. If you’re energetic, skilled and a credible people-person – let us know!
